Integrate Firework with Klaviyo

This article will go through the process of connecting Firework to Klaviyo & Adding Videos.

1. Using the Klaviyo integration link you will be prompted to sign into the corresponding Firework account.
2. Click “Authorize” for the Klaviyo App to access your Firework account.
3. You will be prompted to select your specific business that you want to connect, either an existing business or create a business. 
4. Now you will be redirected to Klaviyo where you will be need to click ”Continue”
   
5. After clicking “Continue” please click “Allow” for Firework to access your account’s information.
6. You will be redirected back to your Klaviyo account where you can double check if the status of the integration is enabled. 
   
7. There will also be a Firework webfeed created. This can be seen within the Klaviyo account settings, in “Other”, then “Web feeds”. 
   
8. Click the Triple Dots to the right of the corresponding Feed, then click “Edit”. Then click “Preview” on the top right to view all the HTML embeds. 
9. Now within the Klaviyo Email Editor, Firework has a universal block “FIREWORK_EMAIL_EMBED” which is drag & drop. There will be 2 Universal Blocks, one for Small Size and one for the Best Fit Size. 
10. This block will detect the cart item’s product id and if the product has a corresponding video it will appear. 

Adding Videos: 

1. In the Firework CMS go to the “Video” tab on the left side.
2. Go to “Products” on the top bar where you can see the products you would like to add videos too. 
3. Selecting the corresponding product you can add videos by clicking “+ Add Videos”
   
4. When selecting videos it will also be seen below the corresponding product. 
5. The order and videos correspond to Klaviyo’s end as well. 
6. Selecting the videos will also prompt the ability to Remove from Product & Hide from Product.
