How to Embed AVA on Your Website

Learn how to Embed and Publish your AVA.

Before Publishing, we recommend testing AVA in the Preview option to see your results.

Select the AVA you want to embed and then click on the "Add to site" option located on the left side of the screen.
From here, we provide three different options for how AVA Displays.

FAQ Widget
1. Provide example questions for a user to start with AVA responding to. You can add a title for your Widget and choose whether to display the digital assistant.

3. Button - You may adjust the following for the CTA button:
  1. Button Label = How this button displays for a user to click on.
  2. The primary color of the button
  3. The border color of the button
  4. The size of the button font
  5. Adjust the corner radius of the button ,how thick the lines appear around the button.
  6. Select whether to toggle on or off the AI icon.
  Native Button
  You can customize the native button from here
  
  Carousel
  Provide visuals with questions to prompt AVA to answer when clicked on. Upload media or leverage AVA in the carousal layout. We recommend placing within the PDP or a landing page.

Finally, you may copy the Embed Code and paste this on your website.

Once ready to enable, select Publish to enable Ava. Now Ava is ready to be embedded onto your website!
