      How to Embed AVA on Your Website

      Learn how to Embed and Publish your AVA.

      Before Publishing, we recommend testing AVA in the Preview option to see your results. 

      Embed AVA 

      1. Select the AVA you want to embed and then click on the "Add to site" option located on the left side of the screen.

      2. From here, we provide three different options for how AVA Displays.

        1. FAQ Widget

          1) Establish Starter Questions to help users navigate their interactions effectively. For detailed instructions on how to add Starter Questions, please refer to the provided link. Additionally, you can customize the appearance of the starter questions by adjusting the primary color and the corner radius of the buttons.
          2) You can create a new Question Set with URL conditions for display rules on various webpages.
        2. Button  - You may adjust the following for the CTA button:

          1. Widget Title – Add a title for your widget.

          2. Show Digital Assistant – Toggle on/off to display the assistant in the widget.

          3. Widget Size – Choose between Auto or Custom. Selecting Custom lets you manually set the widget’s dimensions.

          4. Button Label – Define the text displayed on the CTA button.

          5. Primary Button Color – Set the main color of the button.

          6. Button Border Color – Choose the color of the button border.

          7. Button Font Color – Select the color for the button text.

          8. Use AI Icon – Toggle on/off to display an AI icon on the button.

          9. Widget Background – Toggle on to customize background settings:

            • Edit background color

            • Adjust border thickness

            • Set corner radius

            • Choose border color

          10. Click on "Embed Code" to copy and paste the widget code into your website.


          Floating 

          AVA's Auto-Message Trigger delivers customized prompts that are aligned with the content of the webpage. This feature encourages visitors to engage with the widget and discover its functionalities by proactively reaching out to users, it enhances their overall experience and boosts interaction. For comprehensive instructions on setting this up, please refer to the provided link.

        3. click on the "Embed Code" option to copy the code for use on your website.
