Add Starter Questions to AVA

Learn how to add starter questions to promote interaction with AVA.

1. After creating AVA, click on the three dots next to Publish to access the "Starter questions" option.
   
   
2. Click on + Add Starter Questions to add a question and then click Save. You can add up to 4 questions, with each question limited to a maximum of 60 characters.
   
   
3. You can edit or delete the question by clicking on the three dots next to each question.
   
   

4. You can easily rearrange the questions by dragging and dropping them

   
5. Click on Save once done. The starter questions will appear as soon as a user first loads the AVA.
