AVA Onboarding Flow

Pre-Setup:

1. Identify product scope for AVA to learn
   1. (It is recommended to start with approx 10-20 products to start, to begin learning shopper interaction preferences)
2. Connecting the e-commerce platform to Firework by searching Firework App on the Salesforce and connecting the store to us. There you can easily import products to the Firework store that allow you to move to the next steps.

Setup:

1. Firework will create an AVA based on the digital human you choose from our library.
   1. Follow the provided instructions to proceed.
      
2. Embed code to the website based on the embed style you would like. 
   1. 1. Could be one script on a global component for all pages or specific pages.
      2. We recommend having this implemented first. 
      3. If AVA is not published, the embed will stay hidden even after the code implementation is done
3. Share additional resources you would like AVA to learn:
   1. Product details:
      1. Product manuals
      2. Product information
      3. FAQs
   2. Product Videos
   3. Starter Questions

Testing & Implementation:

1. Test and play around with the newly trained AVA and make adjustments.
   
2. Publish AVA and the embed will start to appear to the external customer.
   
3. If AVA is not published, the embed will stay hidden even after the code implementation is done.
   
4. After live, you can check all conversation logs and data directly on the Firework business portal.
