For each channel and video, Firework collates relevant data points to provide you insights on how your channel and videos are performing.
In the Firework Business Portal, select the channel that you want to view data for, and then select the Insights tab.
Overview
This is the first tab that opens up by default when the user clicks on the Insight section.
The Overview tab provides valuable insights into the total Attributed GMV generated through video commerce and digital showroom events. It highlights key performance metrics such as Repeat Purchase Rate, Conversion Rate, and Estimated Lifetime Value, showcasing their impact on overall sales. Additionally, it identifies top-performing videos and showroom events, helping businesses refine their content strategies and maximize revenue. Below is a breakdown of these key metrics:
- Attributed GMV % of attributed GMV over website GMV - Attributed Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) refers to the total sales revenue that can be directly linked to specific sources. This metric captures the sales made by customers who completed a purchase within the conversion window after viewing a video.
- Conversion Rate and % lift over website conversion rate : Percentage of unique visitors who viewed firework content in interactable or full screen mode and then made a purchase.

Repeat Purchase Rate and % lift over website repeat purchase rate - The repeat purchase rate measures the percentage of customers who make a second purchase after their initial order. A lift in repeat purchases suggests strong customer engagement and retention from shoppable videos and showroom events.

Estimated life time value and % lift over website live time value -
The estimated lifetime value (LTV) calculates the projected revenue from a customer over their engagement period. The formula used is:
LTV = (1+ Repeat Purchase Rate)* Average order value(AOV)
A higher estimated LTV indicates that customers who engage with video and showroom experiences are likely to have greater long-term value.

Top 10 Performing Videos by GMV - These are the highest-grossing individual shoppable videos ranked by attributed GMV, along with their respective conversion rates (CVR).

Top 10 Performing Showroom Events by GMV - These are the best-performing digital showroom events ranked by attributed GMV, including conversion rates.
Short Video
The Short Video tab showcases the performances of short videos and also offers the ability to click on each for detailed performance insights.
Individual Short video data
Select the video you wish to analyze and click on the Insights option. Then, choose your desired date range to evaluate the video's performance.
Playlist
The Playlist tab displays all your playlists along with the number of videos . By clicking on each playlist, you can access detailed insights into their performances.
Live Stream
The Live Stream tab will display all of your live streams and their performances. For the Top 5 shows you can select the drop-down menu to Rank by Views, Action clicks, Avg watch time for both Live and Replay.
Engagement - This includes the Overall Engagement Rate, Overall Product Click Rate, and Overall View Through Rate. Each metric provides insights into audience interaction, such as the percentage of viewers engaging with content, clicking on products, or watching for more than three seconds. The engagement breakdown differentiates between live and replay viewers, represented in blue and yellow, respectively.

You can explore the audience breakdown of total views by selecting Live, Replay, or Overall data in the Audience section.
Individual Livestream Data
Click on the Individual Livestream and select Insights.
