Learn to connect Instagram, import videos by hashtags, usernames or URL, and easily track new content.
To use the Instagram Importer, you must log in with an Instagram Business/Professional Account, which requires a Facebook account and a Facebook Page. For setup steps, click here
Importing Media from your Instagram
- Select All videos followed by Instagram media Importer if you are setting up a new channel. For existing ones click on Add videos located on the right side followed by Instagram media Importer
- Select Your Account and click Connect Account to link your Instagram account. After logging in, click on "Next" to access your account's content, which will be available under the import tab on the left side.
- You can also search for videos by using specific hashtags or usernames, and all the selected content will be listed under the import tab. To return to the importer, simply click on the Import tab.
- After selecting the content, click on Import selected. You can then customize video titles, associate products, add tags, organize videos into a playlist, set visibility options, and schedule the upload. Click Upload when finished.
- The imported videos will then appear in the All videos section. Click on the video if you want to make any other changes to the video after uploading.
- You can also import videos from your account's Reels, Stories, and tagged media by selecting the appropriate options.
Reels - Import short creative videos you have made on Instagram
Stories -Import content from your Instagram Stories, which are short-lived posts that disappear after 24 hours.
Tagged media - Import content where users have tagged you, enabling you to view and engage with shared updates featuring you.
- You can also filter the hashtag contents based on the recent ones and the popular ones by clicking on the hashtag list and selecting the filters to refine your search.

Import Videos from Instagram URL
- Add links to the individual instagram videos you want to import. You can add up to 10 links at a time. Check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and then click the Import button to finish the process
- After the import, You can then customize video titles, associate products, add tags, organize videos into a playlist, set visibility options, schedule the upload and agree to the terms and conditions. Click Upload when finished.
