Set One to One Agent Work Hours
Learn how to set your work hours and schedule the widget to automatically go offline at specified times on a regular basis.
Set Working Hours
- From your One to One Workspace, navigate to Settings.
- Under Appearance, select Visibility.
- Click the option Use working hour schedule, then select the timezone and the specific days.
You can create multiple time slots in your One to One Workspace availability to accommodate breaks throughout the day. Set specific working hours for each day to indicate when you are online during office hours and offline outside of those hours.

Click + Add time to create up to 6 time segments per day.
- Then click on Save once done.
Notes:
- Ongoing conversations with visitors will not be affected by the set office hours and will continue until it ends.
- Offline widget contains next available working day and office hour indicator for visitors to call back.
