      How to Search for Messages within Assistant Mode

      Enables users to easily browse and search messages within a Livestream/Digital Showroom using Assistant Mode.

      1. Once your Livestream or Digital Showroom is set up and live, navigate to Assistant Mode.

      2. Click on the search icon to search for a specific term within the Livestream or Digital Showroom.
      3. The Assistant can then respond to messages publicly or privately, pin the messages, delete unwanted messages, or block users as needed.

      Note: You can only search by the text within message and not the username.
