Listed below are the OTO settings that can be changed by both Admin and SA roles, highlighting their respective permission
Widget Management
- Widget Availability: Admins can manage widget availability, but SAs cannot.
- Widget Visibility: Admins can control widget visibility, but SAs cannot.
- Waitlist Capacity: Admins can configure the waitlist capacity, while SAs do not have access.
- Widget Style: Customization of widget style is available to Admins only.
- Widget Positioning: Admins can adjust widget positioning; SAs lack this permission.
- Welcome Message: Admins can set the welcome message; SAs cannot.
- Waitlist Queue Message: Admins can configure queue messages; SAs do not have access.
- Set Scheduling: Admins can define scheduling options for widgets; SAs are not permitted.
User Engagement
- Lead Capture: Admins can enable lead capture forms; SAs lack this access.
- Edit Legal Statement: Admins can modify legal statements, but SAs cannot.
- Configure Text Snippets: Admins can configure text snippets locally (not globally), while SAs can manage local snippets only.
- Configure Auto Message Trigger: Admins can set up automated message triggers, a feature unavailable to SAs.
Technical Tools
- Download Desktop App: Both Admins and SAs can download the desktop app.
- Camera Permission: Admins manage camera permissions; SAs do not have access.
- Live Preview Censor: Admins can enable or disable live preview censoring; SAs lack this permission.
Content Management
- Creating/Editing User Segment: Admins have full control over creating and editing user segments; SAs do not.
- Creating/Editing Feeds: Admins can create and edit feeds; SAs lack this permission.
