Managing OTO Settings: A Detailed Overview of Admin and SA Permissions

Listed below are the OTO settings that can be changed by both Admin and SA roles, highlighting their respective permission

Widget Management

  • Widget Availability: Admins can manage widget availability, but SAs cannot.
  • Widget Visibility: Admins can control widget visibility, but SAs cannot.
  • Waitlist Capacity: Admins can configure the waitlist capacity, while SAs do not have access.
  • Widget Style: Customization of widget style is available to Admins only.
  • Widget Positioning: Admins can adjust widget positioning; SAs lack this permission.
  • Welcome Message: Admins can set the welcome message; SAs cannot.
  • Waitlist Queue Message: Admins can configure queue messages; SAs do not have access.
  • Set Scheduling: Admins can define scheduling options for widgets; SAs are not permitted.

User Engagement

  • Lead Capture: Admins can enable lead capture forms; SAs lack this access.
  • Edit Legal Statement: Admins can modify legal statements, but SAs cannot.
