The integration allows brands to embed short-form, shoppable video into their Klaviyo email flows - increasing engagement, conversions, and personalization across the customer journey.

3. How does Firework video content get triggered in flows?
Firework uses customer event data (such as product views or cart abandonment) to dynamically trigger relevant videos inside Klaviyo flows via custom properties and events.
4. How do I install the integration?
You can install Firework from the Klaviyo Integration Directory. OAuth setup takes only a few minutes and connects your Firework account to your Klaviyo instance.
5. Do I need developer resources to use this integration?
No coding is required for basic setup. Once installed, Firework content blocks can be inserted into emails using Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop builder.
6. What types of Firework video formats are supported in emails?
We support short-form vertical videos with autoplay, shoppability, and CTA buttons embedded directly within the email - optimized for both desktop and mobile.
7. I don't have content...
We have native integration with Instagram, TikTok, Google Drive, YouTube, or simply upload a video from your desktop. Select customers can also use AI to generate new ones, or auto-curate based on product feeds. Please reach out to your customer success lead if interested.
8. How are conversions tracked?
Conversions are attributed to the last Firework video a user interacted with. UTM parameters can be added to CTA links to track performance in Google Analytics or other attribution tools.
9. Where do I go to create or select the videos that show up in my Klaviyo flows?
Video content is managed inside the Firework Business Portal. Read this article on how to select the video to be pushed to Klaviyo.
10. Is Firework available in Klaviyo’s Template Library?
We are now eligible to contribute to Klaviyo’s template library. Flow templates with Firework blocks may be made available depending on product roadmap and partner feedback.
11. Will Firework video blocks negatively impact my Klaviyo email performance?

12. Will Firework increase email load time or reduce deliverability?
No. Firework email components are optimized for performance and do not embed full video files. Instead, they render lightweight, clickable thumbnails or autoplay previews that are email-client safe. Deliverability and load times remain unaffected.
13. Will it interfere with tracking or attribution in Klaviyo?
Not at all. Firework supports UTM tagging and event tracking, ensuring all interactions are measurable within your existing Klaviyo dashboards or analytics tools. You’ll be able to see clicks, conversions, and video engagement clearly.
14. Does it cause emails to go to spam?
No. Firework’s email blocks follow best practices for HTML and spam compliance. Since we don’t embed heavy scripts or non-compliant code, we maintain compatibility with all major email providers and inboxes.
15. Will using video reduce click-through or conversion rates?
In most cases, the opposite is true. Video consistently increases CTRs and conversions by making emails more engaging and interactive.
16. Is this compatible with all email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail)?
Yes. Firework uses a fallback-safe implementation. If full autoplay is unsupported (e.g., in Outlook), a thumbnail with a clickable CTA is shown instead - ensuring the experience is never broken.
17. Can I test this before rolling out widely?
Absolutely. We encourage A/B testing Firework-enabled flows vs. standard flows. We’ve seen brands improve CTR by 20–40% in early tests - but testing within your own audience is always recommended.
