      Implement One-to-One Virtual Shopping on Shopify

      Follow the below steps to enable full One-to-One Virtual Shopping visibility across your Shopify website.

       

      Prerequisite: if you do not see One-to-One Workspace on your Business Portal, then please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. 

      Follow the below steps to enable full visibility across your website. 

      In the Business Portal, go to the One-to-One section and click on the Settings option. Then, select the Embed tab. From the Embed Script dropdown, choose Shopify; this will display the  Shopify instruction page.

      Adding One-to-One Virtual Shopping to Shopify

      1. Ensure you have downloaded the Firework App in shopify and followed the steps to connect to your Business channel. 
      2. From your Shopify Dashboard, navigate to Themes then click into Customize for your theme editor.   
      3. Click on app embeds, then toggle on the Firework Embed App.

      Your One to One widget will now appear! If you ever need to customize visibility settings, simply navigate to your One to One workspace and under Appearance, select the appropriate Widget Availability/Visibility.
