Analyze Your Livestream Insights

When your livestream is complete, the Firework servers will start compiling your data into powerful insights for you to review. This process may take some time (up to 30 minutes). 

To view your data analytics for a livestream event, navigate to your livestream event in the Firework Business Portal. Then, click the Insights tab. 

Upon accessing the Digital Showroom Summary, you will first encounter the duration and start time of your livestream. Following this, you will find details on the total time viewers spent watching your event, along with the average overall watch time for both live and replay modes. Additionally, a watch time trend will be displayed, illustrating the total minutes viewed during live sessions and replays on a daily basis.

In the Viewership section, you will find a comprehensive breakdown of both live viewers and those who watched the replay. This includes several key metrics: Total Impressions, which counts how many times at least 50% of the livestream was visible for over one second; Total Views, indicating the number of times the livestream was watched for three seconds or longer; and Total Engaged Views, which tracks instances where viewers watched the livestream in full screen for at least three seconds or interacted with the content. Additionally, the Total View Through Rate shows the percentage of viewers who saw the livestream thumbnail and subsequently watched for three seconds or more. The data also provides a daily comparison of Live vs. Replay video views.

It also shows the peak concurrent viewers

The Engagement section includes:

  • Shopping Interaction 
    • Product Click - all unique viewers who clicked on a product card during your livestream at least once on a third-party site or on your website with no storefront integration
    • Add to Cart click - all unique viewers who clicked to add a product to cart at least once if Add to Cart is enabled in your Firework account
  • Shares - This is a count of how many times the livestream was shared by viewers; both live and in replay mode.
  • Likes - This is an aggregate of how many times the heart button was clicked or pressed during your livestream event. This is not based on unique viewers; it’s the total number of times the livestream was “liked”.
  • Chats - This is a count of how many chat messages were sent during the livestream and how many unique viewers sent at least one chat message.
  • Concurrent views - the number of unique viewers watching the stream at the same time.

The Action Clicks section provides a comprehensive overview of viewer interactions, including the total number of product clicks, overall interactions, Shoppable click-through rate (CTR), interactive click-through rate (CTR), total chat messages, responses to polls, answers to questions, as well as the total number of shares and reactions.

Total Product Clicks - No of times that product card is clicked

Total Interactions - No of interactions during the livestream.

Shoppable CTR - Count of unique viewers who made at least one product click/ viewers with an engaged view(live and replay)

Interactive CTR - Total unique viewers who made an interaction during a livestream/viewers with an engaged view 

Product Clicks by Product 

The number of product clicks for each item featured during both live and replay sessions, along with the corresponding product names.

Gathering More Analytics

The analytics on Question Cards/Polls/Giveaways will be available under Interactive interactions and will be blank if the feature is not enabled. Emails from responders to the question cards and giveaways can be downloaded from the Business Portal by selecting the number of Responses to the Question.

 To download a comprehensive overview of the livestream performance, simply click on the three dots located on the right side and select the 'Export' option.
