Congratulations! You’ve scheduled your livestream event. Once you’re within five minutes of the livestream’s start time, you will have the option to go live.
Download the App
Download the Firework Camera App from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store.
Logging into the app is just like logging into the Firework Business Portal. Log in with your preferred credentials and use any relevant PINs that are sent to you via 2-Factor Authentication.
Go Live in the Camera App
You can start going live directly from the Firework Camera App. You can also start by capturing the livestream event QR code from within the Firework Business Portal to scan in the Firework Camera App.
- Navigate to the Firework Business Portal.
- Under the Channels header in the navigation menu on the left side of the page, click the channel on which your livestream event is scheduled. Click the button at the bottom of the Livestream page.
- You can share your livestream QR code with your host by clicking Share QR Code to copy the link to your clipboard. Click Download QR Code to download it to your computer. Otherwise, leave this window open to return to later and continue on to the next steps.
- In the Firework Camera App, ensure that you’re connected to the same Business and Channel that your livestream event is scheduled under by pressing the user icon in the top-left corner of the screen. Then, press the center of the player to exit.
- Press the Go Live button.
- Press the blue Go Live Now button next to your scheduled livestream.

- If you are conducting a test-run for a livestream event, and have scheduled a test event, press the Test Event tab before selecting your scheduled test livestream event.
- If you don’t see your livestream event on either tab, press Didn’t find your event? to be routed to the Business and Channel screen to ensure you’re in the proper channel.
- Press the Go Live button on the bottom right of your screen and then press the scanner button to scan the QR code from the Business Portal Livestream page in step 4. Now, you have one of two options to start your livestream event.
- Press the camera button to flip the camera to front or back-facing.
- Press the microphone button to turn it on and off.
- Press the camera recording button to turn the camera on or off.
- Press the smiley face button to turn the Beauty filter on or off. You’ll arrive on the Pre-live screen. Here, you’ll see several options on the left side of the screen.

- You can edit your display name by pressing the EDIT button. Press Cancel to back out of the Pre-live screen.
- You can also preview the products you’ll feature in the livestream by pressing the Preview Products button.
- When you’re ready, press the blue Go Live button! There will be a five second countdown on the center of the screen before You are now live flashes on the screen.
You’ll see the same options on the left side of the screen to flip the camera, mute the microphone, turn on/off the camera, and turn the beauty filter on. In the upper left corner of the screen, there’s a timer tracking the duration of the livestream from start to finish and an aggregate count of livestream viewers.
You can type a chat message in the Say Something field. After typing your chat message, press Post. Your chat message will appear on the screen for viewers to see. Notice the pink icon next to your display name that signifies you are the host of the livestream.
You’ll also see viewers’ chat messages on the screen.
To view and pin products during the livestream, press the Shop button.
To pin a product, press the product. The product will appear in a product card in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
To switch to a different product, press the Shop button again and select a different product.
To pin multiple products, press the Pin More button and select the checkboxes next to your desired products. Swipe the product screen down to view the full livestream screen again.
When you’re ready to end your livestream, press the X in the top-right corner of the screen. Press Yes, End. To continue the livestream, press Cancel. When you end your livestream in the Firework Camera App, the livestream will end in the Business Portal as well if you’re in Assistant Mode.
