      How to Configure Text Snippets

      Learn how to automate your chat replies faster using Text Snippets!

      Text Snippets allow you to preconfigure text macros that can appear in a chat and  can be selected to help speed up responses and reduce repetitive messaging!

      Note: Each Agent can set their own snippets which will apply only to themselves. 

      Upload New Text Snippets

      1. From your One to One Workspace, navigate to the Settings page. Click into Snippets.
      2. From here, type in a short cut which will be the keyword to return the phrase, then type in the Phrase that will be the associated message.
      3. When you enter into a chat with a visitor, searching by the short cut keyword will display the text snippet to click and enter in quickly to then send the message.

      Each agent is allowed 15 snippets as a maximum.
