      Scheduling with Calendly (OTO)

      Learn how to schedule and manage meetings effortlessly with Calendly (OTO), making it easy for visitors to book and attend.

      1. Go`to Calendly and copy the link. 
      2. Access the One to One Settings, choose the Embed option  and within the scheduling section select 'Calendly.' Then paste the copied link into the Event Link field and click Save once done.
      3. Customers can now easily select their preferred date and time for the call, as well as provide their name and email address.
      4. Visitors will receive an email notification regarding the upcoming one-to-one call. By clicking on the "Join Call" link in the email, they will be redirected to the website. Before joining the call, visitors can perform a camera and microphone check to ensure their audio and video settings are working properly.
      5. You can also reschedule the call by clicking on the Reschedule option in the email.
