Question filter to assistant mode

The Question Filter in Assistant Mode helps moderators manage audience interactions more efficiently during livestreams. It allows moderators to focus specifically on viewer questions, ensuring that important inquiries receive prompt responses.

How It Works

  • When the “Show Questions Only” toggle is enabled, the chat feed displays only incoming messages that are detected as questions.

  • This filtered view helps moderators quickly identify and respond to questions from viewers.

  • Once a moderator replies to a message, that message is automatically marked as responded (indicated by a color change) in the filtered view. This ensures clarity on which questions have been addressed and helps prevent duplicate responses.

Steps to Use the Question Filter

  1. Go to the Business Portal and start or join a livestream.

  2. Switch to Assistant Mode in the livestream dashboard.

  3. Locate the toggle labeled “Show Questions Only.” Turn on the toggle to filter the chat feed to display only viewer questions.
