Product Mentioned

When a product is mentioned during a product recommendation or product comparison, it will be visually highlighted in both the chat screen and the avatar screen to enhance product visibility and make it easier for users to interact with featured items.

Where Product Mentions Appear

Chat Screen

• All available images of the mentioned product will be displayed.   

   

        

   

• If multiple products are mentioned, each will display its corresponding images. When a product has more than one image available, a "+" button will appear. Clicking this button will open an image viewer, enabling users to explore all images related to that product.

• Selecting the product card or clicking on “View More” will take the user to the external Product Detail Page (PDP) for additional information.

Avatar Screen

• Only one image per product will be shown.

  

When Product Mentions Are Triggered

Product mentions appear only when:

• A product is recommended, or

• A comparison is made between products.

Interaction Behavior

• Clicking the + button (on the chat screen):

  • If one product: opens an image viewer with all product images.

  • If multiple products: opens a Product Mention tab showing all mentioned items

    

• Clicking the Product Mention icon:

  • Opens a screen showing all mentioned products in the conversation.
