How to setup Default Interaction for Ava

This is the initial input option shoppers will encounter, allowing them to choose between text or audio input during the conversation.

  1. Select AI Video Assistant from the toolbar in the Business Portal.

  2. Click on the option to Create a New Assistant. Select the assistant profile for your product and click Next. Finally, click on Personalize Appearance to customize its look and feel.

  3. Under Default Interaction, select the mode.This will be the starting input preference shoppers will see.

  4. Users can switch between text input and audio input within the conversation.

    • Chat Mode: The starting input will be text.

    • Talk Mode: The starting input will be audio.

  5. By default, the setting is text.Users can manually change to voice by clicking on the voice icon

       

  6. To customize your existing AI Video Assistant, select the assistant you wish to modify. Then, click on the "Personalize" option located on the left side of the screen. After making your preferred adjustments, be sure to click "Save" to apply your changes.
