You can now filter and review your conversation history with enhanced options to help you track and analyze interactions more effectively.

    Filter Conversations by Type

    You can filter your conversation history to distinguish between Test Conversations (those created using the “Preview” button or similar testing methods) and Non-Test Conversations (real interactions with end users).

    Filter Conversations by Rating

    Now, you can filter conversations by their shopper ratings, which range from 1 to 5 stars. This helps you focus on conversations based on shopper satisfaction or areas for improvement.

    1. In the filter options at the top, select the Rating Filter.

    2. Choose a rating range (1–5 stars) to filter conversations by their shopper ratings.

    3. The list will update to show only the conversations that match the selected rating criteria.

    View Message Count 

    Each conversation now displays the number of messages sent by the shopper. This count is visible both in the conversation list and in the individual conversation view, providing insights into the level of engagement for each interaction.

  • You can export the conversations by clicking on the Export button.
