Add Closed Captions to Your Firework Videos

This article will walk you through how to add subtitles/closed captions to your videos.

1. Navigate to the Firework Business Portal. 
2. On the All Videos page, search for and click on the Short Video that you want to add closed captions to.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Subtitles/CC to expand the section. In the Select language drop-down menu, select the language for the closed caption you’re adding.
5. Then click on Click to Upload to upload the .vtt Subtitle or Closed Caption file to your video.
6. To enable closed captioning, simply click on the checkbox labeled " Closed Captioning."
7. Click the blue Save & Update button.
