You can now choose thumbnails directly from your livestream recordings — not just from the trailer clip. This gives you more flexibility in how your video is represented across your CMS and embeds.
With this update, the thumbnail picker now displays frames from both the livestream and the trailer, allowing you to select the best visual for your video. You can choose either a static image or an animated poster as your thumbnail.
How It Works

Open the livestream video in your Firework CMS and click on thumbnails.

Click on the animated poster. The picker will display frames from both the livestream and the trailer:

Save Your Selection the thumbnail selected will be displayed consistently across the CMS, preview, and published embed.
- Existing trailer-based thumbnail selections remain unchanged.
Selecting a thumbnail from the livestream can help better represent the event content, especially for replays or post-event viewing.
