A way for brands to set up a disclaimer for their AI experience, with the option of making customers accept terms before starting any conversation. A great way to ease worries about legal issues, compliance, and transparency.
Enable the In-Chat Disclaimer

Log in to your Firework Business Portal.

In the left navigation panel, click on AI Video Assistant.

Select the Avatar you want to configure.

Click on Settings.

Go to the Customization tab.

Scroll to find In-Chat Disclaimer.

Add your preferred disclaimer text (keep it concise).
Adding Links to the Disclaimer Text
Option 1: Add a Link by Selecting Text

Highlight the text you want to convert into a hyperlink.

Click the Link icon in the editor toolbar.

A modal window will open with two fields:

URL
-
Text
-

Click Save.
Option 2: Add a Link Without Selecting Text

Click on the Link icon directly (without selecting text).

A modal opens with two fields:

URL
-
Title
-

Click Save.
Editing or Removing a Link

Click on the existing link inside your disclaimer text.

You will see options to:

Edit the URL or link text
-
Unlink it (remove the hyperlink)

Make your changes and click Save.
Require Users to Accept Terms
You can require users to explicitly accept terms before they can continue the conversation with AVA.
